Delivery

The order will be delivered within 24 hours within Dubai if the order is placed before 4 pm
Delivery is made to any other emirate within a maximum period of 48 hours, usually on Sunday. The order will be delivered within 72 hours.

The following are the shipping charges that the customer must pay for the return/exchange of the order: Shipping fee within Dubai , Sharjah 40 AED.
Shipping fee Rest of UAE 50 AED.
Shipping fee must be paid online (credit/debit card) Cancellation policy The customer can cancel his order within 24 hours; Refunds will be made to the payment solution the customer used initially.
Please allow up to 30 days for the refund process to complete.

Shipping

We accept returns within 2 days and exchanges within 14 days of receipt, only if the delivery package is not opened, items are damaged, or wrong item. Please let us know and return the box in its original packaging.

If all of these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping and handling fee is non-refundable.
